The Crushing Supervisor will have an extensive background in supervising construction work sites, must be current with OHS requirements and committed to ensuring a safe work environment. Proficiency in methods of construction, common practices, equipment and manpower utilization, productivity and budgetary accountability are required. Must be able to communication effectively with all team members, organize and maintain documentation, problem solve, and maintain a positive team environment within the work crew. Attention to detail and pride in work are necessities. A valid Class G Driver’s licence is required.
