Moncrief Construction Limited (MCL) is a general contractor specializing in power and communications line construction, industrial electrical work, heavy civil construction, and aggregate production. We are currently welcoming applications for a full-time Accounts Receivable Administrator capable of fulfilling the following requirements.
Job Description Responsibilities:
Preparing and issuing monthly invoices.
Receiving payments and posting to customer’s account in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
Perform collection procedures on customer accounts to ensure payments are received according to credit terms.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant work experience.
Construction and job costing experience preferred.
Problem-solving, analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and communication skills.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications especially excel.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains would be considered and asset.
Must be self-motivated and willing to take the initiative to get tasks done.
POSITION IS LOCATED IN KENORA, ON. CANDIDATES APPLYING OUTSIDE OF KENORA MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE
