Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Entry
Reconcile Vendor Statements
PO Management
Credit Card Administration and managing Visa Statements
EFT/Cheque Payments
Maintain Electronic Filling System
Verify and issue payment for Utility and Supplier Bills
Subcontractor Payroll
Issue Holdback Payable payments
Perform Credit Applications
Fuel Card Administration
Administration duties such as answering company phones, mailing and Purolator, greeting customers and couriers at the front door and ordering office supplies
Handle In-reaches and GPS's
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Great Plains or similar accounting software is essential.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
