Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry

  • Reconcile Vendor Statements

  • PO Management

  • Credit Card Administration and managing Visa Statements

  • EFT/Cheque Payments

  • Maintain Electronic Filling System

  • Verify and issue payment for Utility and Supplier Bills

  • Subcontractor Payroll

  • Issue Holdback Payable payments

  • Perform Credit Applications

  • Fuel Card Administration

  • Administration duties such as answering company phones, mailing and Purolator, greeting customers and couriers at the front door and ordering office supplies

  • Handle In-reaches and GPS's


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Administrator or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in Great Plains or similar accounting software is essential.

  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
